OFAC issues Russia-related General Licenses

OFAC has reported it has issued Russia-related General License 99A - "Authorizing the Wind Down of Transactions and Certain Transactions Related to Debt or Equity of, or Derivative Contracts Involving, MOEX, NCC, or NSD;" and Russia-related General License 100A - "Authorizing Certain Transactions Related to Debt or Equity or the Conversion of Currencies Involving MOEX, NCC, or NSD."
The two general licenses issued on Friday, August 2, 2024, replace and supersede, respectively, Russia-related General Licenses 99 and 100.
