OFAC update

OFAC has added AL-AQSA MARTYRS BRIGADE (a.k.a. AL-AQSA MARTYRS BATTALION) [SDT][FTO] [SDGT] to its list of Specially Designated Nationals andBlocked Persons as a Specially Designated Terrorist, a ForeignTerrorist Organization, and a Specially Designated GlobalTerrorist.

OFAC's printed material also clarifies that, inaddition to Somalia, the last known address of BARAKAATTELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY LIMITED (a.k.a. BTELCO) was in theNetherlands.
