Former bank directors ordered to pay $100K CMP

The OCC has issued an Order for the Assessment of a Civil Money Penalty to Stephen J. Ellsworth, former Director and Chief Credit Officer, and Keven W. Stevenson, former Directors and Chief Operations Officer, of Valley Capital Bank, N.A., Mesa, Arizona. Ellsworth and Stevenson were each assessed a CMP of $100,000.

Ellsworth and Stevenson were also issued an Order of Prohibition, barring them from participating in any manner in the conduct of the affairs of any federally insured financial institution.
