FDIC CMPs for two TN bankers

Two bankers -- Bruce Edwin Elder and Jefferey David Rich -- both institution affiliated parties of People's Bank and Trust Company of Pickett County, Byrdstown, Tennessee, have been issued Stipulated Orders to Pay civil money penalties -- $35,000 from Elder and $4,000 from Rich -- "solely for the purpose of this proceeding and without admitting or denying any violations of a final order and breaches of fiduciary duty for which civil money penalties may be assessed."
