I haven't found it available but I'm sure vendors have access to it. HMDA data being gathered beginning Jan. 1, 2022 needs to use the 2020 census data and tract boundaries. I've seen nothing that would override this.
The FFIEC’s Geocoder is supposed to be using census tract information from the 2020 Census accordingly. Absent a vendor you trust offering this, my next email would be to hmdahelp@cfpb.gov inquiring as to a source.
