We want to advertise some home loan products on our bank statements. We can include "Equal Housing Lender", but there is no way to add the house logo. Since we can't add that, can we run the ad anyway?

No, not without violating the reg. The regs tell us "this requirement may be satisfied by including in the advertisement a copy of the logotype with the Equal Housing Lender legend contained in the Equal Housing Lender poster...", so to comply, you need the text and the home logo together.

Many times the statement forms themselves may have this printed on them. If yours has it there already, you will be compliant.
