Is a national bank required to furnish upon request a list of shareholders of the institution to any shareholder?
Answer: 

12 USC 62 states that the President and Cashier of every National banking association shall maintain a list of the name, address, and number of shares owned for each shareholder and such list shall be subject to inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the association during regular business hours.
