Take a picture of your facilities at night with lighting as it currently is. If the lights aren’t bright enough, or there are shadows, or obstructive landscaping, show this picture to management, illustrating the point that your institution loses fee income when a noncustomer uses your competitor’s ATM because they are afraid to use yours! A night inspection program insures that your facilities are safe for people to use after your staff goes home.
