There is a self auditing series of questions that was put together by Bob Rosberg many years ago for the Mosler Anti-Crime Bureau that is about the best I've seen. Mosler Corp. was subsequently taken over by Diebold, and the book called "SECURITY CHECK for Security Officers and the Directors of Banks and Thrifts", which contains the checklist, isbeing marketed by Diebold.
