Bank Employee Delivered $10k in Cash (BSA/CTR)

Question:
A bank employee (not our courier) delivered over $10k in cash to a bank customer. Do we have to identify the bank employee personally or can we say Armored Car (FI)?
Answer:

You don't identify the teller who hands the customer the cash. This person is no different.

Far more important than how you might fill out the CTR is the fact that this employee was subjected to an unreasonable amount of risk and your bonding company would have the corporate equivalent of a stroke if it was made aware of the practice. I suggest you don't do it again, ever.
