Can a Trust own a LLC? We have a LLC acct with it's own EIN in which the owners want to add their trust to. Both owners are co-trustees of the trust. Can we add it to the business account, and if so how would we style the roles and title?

Answer:

Trusts own LLC's all the time. What I don't understand is how that impacts the LLC account. Ownership in the LLC could change all the time. The LLC would just give you a new corporate resolution if it involved adjusting who signed for the LLC. Who owns it from an operating standpoint is neither here nor there.
