What is the code for banks in the State of Tennessee for retention of undeliverable mail?

Answer from Randy: I doubt there is a "code". Most banks shred undeliverable mail, such as monthly statements, as soon as they determine that an alternate address is unavailable. These documents can be reproduced at any time, so there is no reason to retain them.

Answer from Andy: I haven't heard of this either. But a state specific question may be better answered by your peers from your state. The BOL forums have state specific "rooms" for just that reason.
