Combine CTRs if One Corporation Owns Two DBAs?

Question:
Must the CTRs be combined if one corporation owns two DBA accounts?
Answer:

by Randy Carey:

By DBA accounts, I assume you mean they are operating under one or more fictitious name certificates or the equivalent in your State. The fact remains that it is still the corporatation doing business and all cash activity of the corporation must be aggregated.

Answer:

by John Burnett:

Yes. You should combine transactions conducted on a given business day on behalf of the same person(s). When a single corporation operates under multiple trade names (DBAs), for example DBA-1 and DBA-2, transactions made on behalf of either DBA-1 or DBA-2 are made on behalf of the corporation.

In the Alternate Name field for the corporation, list both DBAs, separated by a semicolon.
