Answer:
I would pay a great deal of attention to two issues, fair lending and UDAP/UDAAP. The regulatory agencies have shown fair lending as a major issue emphasized by the new administration and those overseeing the banking agencies. UDAP/UDAAP has the potential to be a catchall for non-compliance of most other regulatory requirements including the new fair debt collections rules. Time will tell.
