If a bank provides its CRA Public File on its intranet or the Internet is it permissible to remove the paper editions from all its main office and branch locations?

We still keep a paper version at our main office as a backup to the Intranet version. But we have removed all paper versions from all the branches.

Yes, you can provide the public file on an intranet or Internet. Make sure that branch/bank personnel know how to retrieve this info.
