As you’re probably aware, the final CRA rules were released on October 24, 2023. This will prove to be the biggest change to regulatory requirements we have seen in years. Definitions have changed, testing standards are new and metric based. Assessment Area is a thing of the past. There is now three new standards to focus on when it comes the traditional assessment area.
