Yes. If requested, you may show the customer a copy of the CTR report. There is a division of opinion, however, on whether you can supply them with a copy of it. IRS gave us two different answers on the copy question. It might be prudent to explain that it is a government form,and therefore it is not your privilege to supply a copy.
Whole different ballgame on the SAR. Definitely NOT to be seen by the customer. The customer should not even be aware of the SAR's existence.
