If you have do a Request to Amend Application and the transaction was a telephone interview on 8/27 and the borrowers signed the disclosures on 9/1 but were not received until 9/5 what is the correct date of the application date you would note on the request to amend?

Answer:

You can't amend the application date because a loan officer allowed disclosures to be signed and then not delivering them until 4 days later.
