We have a customer who is purchasing a travel trailer as collateral, which will be their primary dwelling. What disclosures do we have to provide them relating to RESPA?
Answer: 

None. RESPA applies to 1-4 residential real property (dirt). If no dirt is involved then RESPA does not apply.
