The decision to purchase such things as dual monitors would be up to you. There is the cost of the monitor and the card for the PC to which you would connect it. Additional electrical outlets may be needed because each will have a plug. Current Windows operating systems will allow this easily, but you'll have to ensure the your systems are current, or will be able to drive two monitors.
You could test one or two systems to see if the efficiencies gained justify the costs. Can they enter more data, faster and with fewer errors? I use a dual monitor system and feel it is advantageous.
