How should we report a victim of Identity Theft on SAR Form? Should our customer`s information (victim) be added to Part 1 Subject Information? We have no information on predator.

Answer:

Victims are not listed as subjects of SARs. You may describe the victim's involvement in the narrative and include information there should law enforcement wish to contact them. Check the "All information about the subject unknown" box for Part I of the SAR.
