Can the owner of a small business give himself a full HSA contribution and contribute nothing for his employees?
Answer: 

Generally, yes. Small business owners are generally not treated as employees for the purpose of HSA contributions. The webinar will cover the HSA discrimination rules (comparability) as well as the special rules that apply to small business owners.
