The Interactive Teller Machines or as we refer to them as the baby boomer machine! If you have tellers near it no one will ever use it. The ITM should only be installed in after hour areas or at branches where staff are less than four people. The ITM works best by removing staff from the branch moving then to your call center. This way if you are using two tellers at the call center one can report to the bank at 7 AM and have the other teller report later in the day working until 7 PM. This extends the hours of your operation while removing staff from a robbery situation. These two people can operate more ITMs at other locations. The reason for calling it the baby boomer machine younger generations prefer to do their banking online. They only enter your branch for financial information.
