List Authorized Signers on CTR for Night Drop?

We have a business account with approximately 8 authorized signers and a qualifying transaction from the night drop. On the CTR, I understand that the Night Drop explains why you have not identified a conductor, but do I list all the authorized signers on the account (all parties benefit from deposits) or just the business?

Answer:

No.

All parties benefit from a deposit only when the account is owned by individuals. In the absence of more information from you, we have to assume that this business is a partnership, LLC, or corporation. Not even an entity's owners (let alone its signatories) benefit from a deposit to the entity's account.
