Loan Docs Borrower Must Sign

Question:
Can you tell me which loan documents are required by law to be signed by the borrower/borrowers?
Answer:

There are no loan documents that are required by law to be signed by the borrower/borrowers. You must have evidence that you provided the flood notice, but you could do this by certified mail. I recommend having all closing documents signed, but this is not a requirement of any regulation or law.
