Logo Requirements - Bank Sponsoring Football Team

Question:
As a sponsor to a local high school football team, our bank was listed on the back outside page of the football program and handed out to the crowds at the stadium. Do the logo requirements still exist with a sponsorship in the same way they do with a normal advertisement?
Answer:

Listing your bank on the back of the program is an advertisement. If you are referring to the "Member FDIC" requirements, it is absolutely required. This advertisement would not qualify for any exemptions in TISA, TIL, the Fair Housing Act, etc. Therefore, if you trigger any of these rules all disclosures would be required.
