Do you know where I can find a sample CRA statement?

You'll need to clarify...The old, voluminous "CRA Statement" that the bank used to prepare is no longer...it was replaced a few years ago with your Regulator's "Public DisclosureCRA Performance Evaluation"...If you mean the NOTICE, there are "main branch" and "branch" samples in Reg BB.
