Is a marketing button for bankers to wear considered an indoor sign for compliance purposes? Do we really have to spell out APY, etc?

Answer:

It can qualify as an indoor sign, but you need to add "See an employee for further info". Can you get all of that on the button? Also, they can't wear the button outside the bank. Now to significance: No big deal.
