Matching Census Tract # for Flood Determination

While inputting HMDA data, I noticed the census tract number on the flood determination did not match the census tract number found on the FFIEC Geocoding website. Do these need to match and do I need a corrected flood determination?

Answer:

This is information added to the form by your vendor. There is no requirement that this information appear on a FHD. I would be researching however, as something might be wrong with the determination, for example they might think the property is somewhere else and did not perform the FHD on the correct location. Or alternatively, the FFIEC site may be wrong.
