Must an in-house appraisal reviewer be a licensed

My understanding is that Fannie Mae requires that a seller/servicer have an internal appraisal reviewer that solely reviews appraisals. If so, must this individual be licensed as an appraiser?

Answer:

Refer to B4-1.3-12, Quality Assurance (06/03/2020). There is no indication that the internal review must be conducted by a licensed or certified appraiser.
