In addition to the options mentioned below, online training is currently offered by two of the BOL advertisers who help to make this site possible: Bankers Systems, Inc. and Compliance Coach. For those of you in other states who want to check out statespecific options, use our Associations Launch Pad to find links to the relevant associations. Only by "trying out" a course, either a demo or a full course, will you be able to assess whether the delivery method is right for your institution.

The term "online" training has different meanings for various organizations, so the first issue is to determine the nature of the training how will it be delivered? In some cases, training transmitted via a telephone may be adequate, while in other cases, more complex means, such as Internet or website based training may be more applicable. The type of training depends on the subject matter as well as the audience's attention.
If you would like to pursue these ideas further, I'd be glad to visit with you over the telephone, or even in person, depending on where you are based. I am a former banker with experience in retail, lending, operations, investments, marketing and human resources. I currently own a consulting practice, and offer a wide range of custom training in a variety of modalities.
