I am reviewing our Web Site for compliance. If a special rate is being offered on a product or service, what disclosures are we required to have on our web site?

Your normal disclosures would all apply. You may also want to indicate what circumstances make that rate special such as the delivery method (i.e. only available when requested on-line) so they don't enter a branch and want the same rate.Be sure you have a valid business reason and can avoid any claims of disparate impact.
