Properly disclosing title insurance

Question: 
What is the TRID owner’s and lender’s title insurance calculation?
Answer: 

You MUST disclose the full premium for the lender’s policy, regardless of any discount. With respect to the owner’s policy, you MUST take the full owner’s policy premium, add the discounted lender’s policy premium, then subtract the full lender’s premium. This will give the owner’s policy premium to be disclosed under TRID.
