Public Comments On Bank's Facebook Page (CRA)

A question has come up in regard to public comments left on the bank's Facebook page. Would Facebook comments that relate to the bank's performance in helping meet community credit needs rise to the level of placing these in the bank's Public File?
Answer: 

According to the FFIEC Interagency Guidance on Social Media published in 2013, the answer is "Yes" for comments posted on the Bank's Facebook page (see p. 14). The bank is not required to retain comments made on sites not under the control of the institution, though.
