Reg E Claim Represented By Terminal Owner

Question:
If a REG E claim is represented by terminal owner, are they required to give us contact info that we can give to our customer so they can further dispute with terminal owner? Or are they only required to supply us valid documentation as to why they have denied our chargeback?
Answer:

Randy Carey: There needs to be a lot more information shared prior to answering this question. The denial of a chargeback by the merchant has nothing to do with a denial of an Regulation E error claim initiated by a consumer. They are many times totally unrelated.

Answer:

Brian Crow: The customer's dispute is with with the issuing bank, not an acquiring ATM terminal owner. The issuing bank is required to investigate and make a decision based on the information obtained from the acquirer. The ATM owner is under no obligation to supply any contact information to your customer.
