When reporting an overdrafted account to Chex Systems , if it is a sole owner is an LLC business account do we report it with the TIN or the owners Social Security Number?

Answer:

You need to reference your terms and conditions for the use of ChexSystems, as I was not aware that you could report non-consumers. There is a reason that someone forms an LLC and that is to separate the LLC's liabilities from themselves personally.
