Require Employees to have Acct. & Services?

Can a bank require employees to have an account and services so that they can help customers with functionality? We do not require them to have their payroll deposited at our institution.
Answer: 

You will likely limit your employee pool as there will be folks who do not want to bank where they work. A better approach is to set up 'dummy' accounts for various services to allow staff to test drive the services to learn how they work.
