Is there a specific recordkeeping requirement for a lender/credit union to keep mortgage and home equity rate sheets? If there is not a reg, is there a best practice?

Answer:

We keep ours from the date of last exam to the date of the next exam. Our examiners always want to see rate sheets for the period the exam is covering.
