How frequently should we review our high risk customers?
Answer: 

The exam manual does not prescribe a set frequency for enhanced due diligence. Each institution should assess the risks of its customer base in its BSA/AML Risk Assessment and determine an appropriate frequency based on the Assessment. The higher a customer’s risk, the more frequent enhanced due diligence should be performed.
