In regards to the SAFE Act, are we required to include the banks NMLS license number on all correspondence along with the MLO's number?

Answer:

No. There is no such requirement. Your number is assigned by NMLS for the purposes of managing your MLOs, not for disclosure purposes. That said, however, there's no prohibition I'm aware of against providing the bank's number.
