Seeing an approaching threat

Question: 
We have been told to pay attention as people enter the bank, but I can’t see the front door from my teller station. Is this a security concern?
Answer: 

The quicker you recognize a threat, the better chance you have of avoiding it or responding to it effectively. Being able to see people approach is important, and I would advise modifying the environment to make that happen if at all possible.
