However, I would also go over the plan with non-management/supervisory employees to ensure they know what they are to do under different scenarios. Just knowing whom to contact isn't going to help you successfully execute the plan. Everyone is going to have some responsibility. Employees need to know how to continue their jobs, for example, in manual mode if the computers are down, or if they have to go to an alternate location, etc. But the extent of the training provided should vary depending on the role of the employee.
