Does the new mobile financial services guidance require an investment in new technology?
Answer: 

Possibly. It depends on what a bank offers and what the bank is already doing. A few areas, like having the ability to monitor customer behavior when using mobile financial services so the bank can detect anomalies, may require additional technology, such as a monitoring service, to meet expectations.
