I’ve heard you must think like a crook to perform a physical risk assessment. What does this mean?

Answer:

By thinking like a criminal you must look at your operations like a crook. How would you rob your financial institution? What things are you doing that would make your financial institution look like a target to a criminal? What procedures or physical impediments would make you decide to rob another financial institution?
