I have offered several courses on VISA/MasterCard signature based claims as all U.S. banks issuing debit cards will issue on of these two brands. However, there are several PIN networks throughout the U.S., each with its own unique set of rules regarding the handling of PIN based claims. The best place to start when looking for education on a PIN-network is your network processing representative.
