The questions that should be asked is it to increase deposits, loans, or handle investments. A subset of questions revolves around the community where it is being constructed is this primarily baby boomers, millennials’, generations x or z. Many institutions build a pod branch just to modernize resulting in missing the concepts from above and allowing the competition to build market share.
