This tracking report form provided by Bob Simpson of Machias Savings Bank, will be useful to follow up on those outstanding audit issues.You complete the audit, weaknesses are found and tasks are assigned for corrective action.How are these followed-up on or are they just forgotten until the next audit?Action needs to be taken, and this tool from 2004 is a basic tool to keep tasks and accountability on the radar screen until this is done.
