Gail Cole of Compliance & Risk Management Consulting, LLC has provided BOL users with a listing of Laws and Regulations. Similar to BOL's "Regulations", this document provides you with a list of regulations and a brief description of what the regulation covers, but this goes further, as it describes applicability to loans, deposits, both, and general situations. It also provides the legal citation and includes more than the consumer regulations with additions such as bankruptcies, legal lending limits, the USA Patriot Act and much more. This will serve as a reference tool for the experienced compliance officer as well as a primer for those new to banking and compliance.
