Private ATM Checklist - BSA
BOL User P*Q has contributed an ATM checklist used primarily for BSA accountability, but may serve your bank in other ways as well. When a privately owned/operated ATM is housed in your customers location, you should know who owns and services it as this may answer many questions that involve the flow of funds. Your examiners may ask if you have reviewed corporate documentation, licenses, permits, contracts, or references, including the ATM transaction provider contract. You need information for enhanced due diligence and this form is a great start.
