Fed Board bans former Arvest Bank sales rep
The Federal Reserve Board has issued a consent prohibition order against Nicole Moore, a former financial sales representative at Arvest Bank, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The order indicates that Moore applied for and obtained two Payroll Protection Program loans totaling $17,533 from an SBA-approved lender based on materially false and fraudulent representation and used the proceeds of the loans for personal and other expenses in violation of the terms of the loans and applicable laws and regulations.
